I typically book within standard US industry rates, and you can get that guide HERE.
That said, I custom quote each job. I often give volume discounts (bulk rates) when appropriate and can, in some cases, offer a subscription-style arrangement. The more I know about the job (usage, duration, etc.), the more accurate the quote I can give you.
